Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in software engineering, banking preferred.

• Experience delivering Loan Origination Systems or digital lending platforms.

• Lead a regional squad of 12–20 engineers delivering loan origination solutions end-to-end.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership with Java and API-driven architectures.
• Drive CI/CD practices and ensure system reliability with observability tools.
