Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT operations and application support.
• Strong Java, Spring Boot, and microservices expertise.
• Hands-on autosys and batch processing experience.
• Knowledge of Hadoop, Spark, Hive for data processing.
• SQL/Oracle skills and ITIL process familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for Java-based banking applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues with minimal downtime.
• Monitor and manage batch jobs using Autosys and scheduling tools.
• Work with Big Data frameworks for data processing and analysis.
• Perform RCA and implement permanent fixes.
• Collaborate with development, infra, and DevOps teams for improvements.
• Support incident management, change requests, and performance optimization.
