Job summary

re-zoo-me is seeking an experienced Java Developer with DevOps/Infrastructure knowledge to join a Banking Data Centre Migration project in Singapore. You will develop Java microservices, design monitoring, and ensure secure deployments.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in Java, strong backend skills, and experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google). You will collaborate across teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall experience.
• Java backend with microservices, Spring Boot, Collections, low latency, multithreading.
• Infrastructure & DevOps.
• Good understanding of deployment processes, server connectivity and management, resource management, containerization (Kubernetes, Podman), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications and microservices.
• Design and deploy monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
• Ensure security best practices throughout development and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
• Collaborate with software engineers, QA analysts, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Java development and DevOps.
