Job summary

Luxoft in Singapore seeks an experienced Java Developer with DevOps/Infrastructure knowledge to support a Banking Data Centre Migration project. You will design, develop, and maintain Java- based microservices, and build monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.

Responsibilities include deploying secure solutions, troubleshooting across environments, and collaborating with engineers, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality software while adopting industry best practices in Java and DevOps.

Qualifications

7+ years of overall experience.
Strong backend Java skills in Microservices, Spring Boot, Collections, Low Latency, Multithreading, and Concurrency.
Infrastructure & DevOps.
Deployment processes and how to deploy code to servers.
Server connectivity and management.
Basic system resource management (RAM, CPU allocation).
Pipeline creation and CI/CD processes.
Experience in AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.
Financial markets background and worked on trading systems.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Java-based applications and microservices.
Design and deploy monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
Ensure security best practices are followed throughout all stages of development and deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments.
Collaborate with software engineers, QA analysts, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Java development and DevOps.
