Job summary

Supermetrics is hiring a Solutions Engineer to lead JAPAC, leveraging extensive MarTech expertise to demonstrate value to clients and partners in a SaaS environment.

You will work with Sales to drive strategic partnerships, train teams on product releases, and translate customer needs into actionable product feedback for development. Expect collaboration across marketing tech, data, and analytics domains, with a hybrid/remote friendly setup in some markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a pre sales technical customer-facing role in SaaS or agency background.
• Solid understanding of MarTech/AdTech landscape including ad platforms and analytics tools.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to convey value to marketing leaders.
• SQL and SQL-based analytics; Python/R/dbt knowledge is a plus.
• Familiar with BI tools and cloud data warehouses and cloud infra (GCP/AWS/Azure).

Responsibilities

• Act as product expert presenting Supermetrics' range to customers and prospects.
• Clarify business and technical outcomes for stakeholders across marketing.
• Stay current on product releases and train colleagues as needed.
• Capture customer feedback and relay to product team for evolution of the platform.
• Build deep product knowledge, collaborating with support and product dev to resolve issues.
• Understand data stack fundamentals and adapt to new systems to support sales.
