Job summary

Abeam Consulting (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Software and Applications Manager to oversee acquisition, development, and modernization of enterprise software across the organization and overseas operations. You will provide technical and project leadership, coordinate requirements, system development, integration, and vendor relations to deliver enterprise technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT transformation and enterprise system experience.
• Proven PMO leadership with complex tech programs.
• Experience in IT due diligence for M&A.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of system integration and technology modernization.
• Bilingual communicating with English and Japanese stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the acquisition, development, and implementation of software and enterprise application systems.
• Coordinate business and technical requirements across multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Lead PMO activities, governance, and delivery monitoring.
• Ensure security, risk and compliance considerations in technology initiatives.
• Support technology transformation and post-merger integration engagements.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and support advisory engagements.
