Job summary

ABeam Consulting (Singapore) PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced software project lead to drive delivery of development projects and PoC initiatives, coordinating across teams from requirements to deployment.

You will translate business needs into technical specs, collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, support testing and production deployments, and push continuous improvement of development practices. English and Japanese communication skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field.
Minimum 3 years of software/application development or delivery experience.
Experience in the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development coordination, testing, defect management and deployment.
Experience with Jira, Confluence or equivalent would be advantageous.
Strong communication in English and Japanese to interact with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the delivery of software and application development projects, including PoC initiatives, from requirements definition through development, testing and deployment.
Analyze business and user requirements and translate them into application specifications, functional requirements and software solutions.
Coordinate with application engineers, developers, system teams and other technical stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
Plan and coordinate software testing and validation activities, including test scenarios and defect analysis.
Drive continuous improvement of application development processes and team productivity.
