Job summary

Abeam Consulting, a global professional services firm, is seeking a capable delivery lead to guide software and application development projects in Singapore.

You will translate business needs into specifications, coordinate with engineers and stakeholders across the SDLC, and ensure quality and timely releases. English and Japanese communication skills are essential to collaborate with Japanese-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of software/application development or project delivery.
• Experience across the SDLC including requirements, design, testing and deployment.
• Experience with mobile, payment or financial system apps is a plus.
• Familiarity with Jira or Confluence is advantageous.
• Strong coordination, problem-solving and stakeholder management.
• Good English and Japanese communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support software delivery from requirements to deployment.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and specs.
• Coordinate with engineers, system teams and stakeholders across the SDLC.
• Plan testing, defect management and quality improvements.
• Monitor progress, quality, risks and take corrective actions.
• Collaborate with clients to clarify requirements and ensure objectives.
• Maintain project documentation and release information.
