Job summary
Abeam Consulting is a global professional services firm delivering business transformation and technology solutions. We seek a capable software delivery professional in Singapore to lead and support development projects spanning requirements, design, testing and deployment.
You will translate business needs into technical specifications, coordinate engineers and stakeholders, ensure quality and performance, and drive continuous improvement across delivery teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in software/application development or project delivery.
- Experience in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements, design, testing and deployment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support delivery of software and application development projects from requirements through deployment.
- Analyse business and user requirements and translate into specifications and software solutions.
- Participate in design, development and enhancement of application solutions meeting requirements and performance targets.
- Coordinate with engineers, system teams and other stakeholders across the SDLC.
- Review requirements, identify issues and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
- Plan and coordinate testing, defect analysis and quality improvements.
- Monitor progress, quality, risks and implement preventive and corrective actions.
- Coordinate interfaces and integration with related systems and teams.
