Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading and delivering SAP implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, or SAP Payroll is advantageous.
• Experience with Singapore-based customers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end SAP project delivery including planning, design, testing, and go-live.
• Maintain project scope control and manage change requests effectively.
• Track project budgets, effort, and ensure profitability is maintained.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure clear ownership and timely delivery.
• Conduct internal reviews to identify delivery risks and quality gaps.
