Job summary
DIGITAL INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced IT Systems Operations professional to maintain and monitor the Digital Realty infrastructure, ensuring availability, security and compliance across systems.
You will manage infrastructure, apply updates, backups, and lifecycle management, while coordinating with cross‑functional teams to support cost‑efficient, reliable IT services in an international environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in IT or 5+ years of work experience.
- Microsoft Certification.
- VMware VCP certification preferred.
- 3+ years in an international environment.
- Experience in multi-vendor environments.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Willingness for after-hours on-call rotations.
- Occasional travel to DLR locations.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft systems (Azure).
- Knowledge of SAN storage technologies.
- Knowledge of VMware, Azure and AWS workloads.
- Knowledge of integration technologies.
- Knowledge of cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
- Strong risk awareness and communication with stakeholders.
- Quality-focused and organized working style.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor IT systems infrastructure for stability and performance.
- Ensure compliance with IT policy, security and update controls.
- Identify, install and deploy system management tooling globally.
- Provide system engineering support and on-call assistance as needed.
