Job summary

Green Link Digital Bank PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Support professional in Singapore to gather requirements, analyze impacts, and manage changes to ensure high availability of servers, networks, and virtualization platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT infrastructure support role.
• Strong knowledge of server technologies (Windows Server, Linux), networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Technical certifications in cloud and system technologies (e.g., CCNA, Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate, VCP, VMCE, CEH) are advantageous.
• Proficient in scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices in IT service management.

Responsibilities

• Gather business and/or application requirements on the infrastructure, conduct impact analysis, suggest design/re-design to integrate the change into the existing environment.
• Manage systems changes through change request process and provide status reports to relevant parties.
• Respond promptly to incidents, investigate and provide temporary or permanent resolution, with timely status updates.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement proactive measures; monitor effectiveness of actions.
• Monitor performance and availability of systems; implement corrective actions to improve reliability.
• Coordinate patch management processes for systems and applications to safeguard the IT environment.
• Provide technical guidance to team members and stay abreast of industry trends to suggest enhancements.
