Job summary
MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure professional to design, implement, and manage enterprise-grade IT infrastructure across networks, servers (Windows/Linux), and cloud platforms, with a strong focus on security and compliance.
You will partner with Cybersecurity to enforce hardening, patching, and monitoring, delivering reliable, scalable, and secure solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in network engineering, IT infrastructure management, and IT administration.
- Strong hands-on experience in enterprise networks: routing, switching, ACL, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and NAC.
- Experience with Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5, PAM, SIEM, and Microsoft networking technologies.
- Experience with M365, Windows Server, RedHat Enterprise Linux, VMware/Hyper-V, NAS, SAN, and VSAN storage.
- Hands-on with system hardening, patch management, and security practices.
- Experience with both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, RHCE, MCSE, VMware VCP or equivalent.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and perform RCA.
- Good communication and ability to work independently with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions.
- Implement, administer and support network infrastructure (wired and wireless networks, routing, switching, load balancer, firewalls, VPNs, NAC).
- Implement, support and administer systems (Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V) including storage server and vSAN.
- Implement, support and administer IT Infrastructure monitoring tools such as Grafana, Zabbix, PRTG and Nagios.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams), and support hybrid identity (on‑prem AD + Entra ID).
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Plan and execute patching, upgrades, migrations, and capacity improvements.
- Implement and enforce security best practices (segmentation, firewalls, VPNs, NAC).
- Perform system hardening (CIS benchmarks or equivalent).
- Support incident response, troubleshooting, and on-call operations.
