Job summary

Digital Investment Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced IT Systems Operations professional to maintain and monitor the Digital Realty infrastructure.

Reporting into the Senior Manager IT System Operations, the team ensures availability, compliance and security of systems, and defines processes and tooling for cost-efficient operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor education in IT or 5+ years of work experience.
• Must have Microsoft Certification.
• VMware VCP preferred.
• 3+ years of work experience in international environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to participate in after-hours on-call duty on a rotation schedule.
• Occasional travel to DLR locations.
• Detailed knowledge of Microsoft systems and system management (Windows, Azure, etc).
• Detailed knowledge of storage technologies (SAN).
• Detailed knowledge of VMware, Azure and AWS virtual workloads.
• Detailed knowledge of integration technologies.
• Detailed knowledge of cloud services (IaaS, PaaS & SaaS).
• Strong aptitude, critical thinking, attention to detail and communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational stability of IT systems infrastructure.
• Ensure optimal performance and resource management across all systems.
• Maintain and deploy system and cloud architecture according to business requirements.
• Maintain and operate systems backup procedures and ensure recoverability and data integrity.
• Manage infrastructure life cycle, OS versioning and hardware replacements.
• Ensure IT policy compliance, including security patches and vulnerability management.
• Identify, install, maintain and deploy system management tooling.
• Provide system engineering support and incident resolution within SLAs.
