Job summary
RIGLOBE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an IT support professional to help meet system needs. You will design and install computer hardware configurations while supporting Riglobe products such as POS, digital signage and CCTV.
You will install software, configure networks, and train staff and customers on the new systems. You will also troubleshoot hardware, software and networking issues and respond to general IT requests.
Qualifications
- Experience designing and installing computer hardware configurations.
- Ability to install software and configure networking systems.
- Experience assisting support for product hardware and software.
Responsibilities
- Meeting with the IT manager to discuss system needs.
- Designing and installing computer hardware configurations.
- Assist to support Riglobe Products (POS, Digital Signage,CCTV)
- Installing software and networking systems.
- Training staff/customer on newly installed hardware and software systems.
- Fixing hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Responding to general IT requests.
