Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IT professional to manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, OneDrive and Teams, while administering Active Directory and security policies in a Windows environment.

The role covers deploying and securing Microsoft 365, maintaining network infrastructure, and providing end-user IT support. Candidates should have a Diploma in IT/CS and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with cybersecurity exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably with cybersecurity exposure.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration and email systems.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, Windows environments and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with network infrastructure, firewall and VPN is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, OneDrive and Teams.
• Administer Active Directory, user accounts, access rights and security policies.
• Manage Microsoft 365 security features such as MFA, Conditional Access, Defender and DLP.
• Support network infrastructure including firewalls and VPN connectivity.
• Provide IT support for Windows devices, Microsoft Office, printers and other peripherals.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues involving servers, networks and endpoints.
• Support Microsoft 365 deployment, migration and tenant administration.
• Perform system maintenance, patching, backup and recovery activities.
• Maintain proper IT documentation, system configurations and procedures.
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
