Job summary

MTC Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IT professional to support and manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, OneDrive and Teams.

You will administer Active Directory, user accounts, access rights and security policies, and handle security features such as MFA and Defender. The role also covers network and Windows device support, system monitoring, deployment and migration of Microsoft 365, as well as patching, backup, and maintaining IT documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
• 3–5 years IT experience, preferably with cybersecurity exposure.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and email systems experience.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, Windows environments and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, OneDrive and Teams.

• Support Microsoft 365 deployment, migration and tenant administration.
• Perform system maintenance, patching, backup and recovery activities.
• Maintain proper IT documentation, system configurations and procedures.
• Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
