Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead configuration and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, driving HR technology strategies and continuous improvement. You will manage end-to-end implementation, collaborate with HR leaders, and ensure data governance and system integrity across the platform.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven SAP SuccessFactors support and implementation experience.
• Minimum of 3–4 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects with post-go-live support.
• Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications are advantageous.
• Experience in system configuration, troubleshooting, and release management.
• Understanding of XML-based configuration and HR system logic.
• Basic knowledge of integration with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA) is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn new technologies in a dynamic work environment.
