HR Path is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant to lead and deliver HR technology implementations across modules such as EC, Payroll, PMGM, LMS, and more. You will gather business requirements, configure solutions, mentor junior staff, and ensure successful delivery for major clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business or related field is required.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.
• 5-10+ years SAP HCM/SuccessFactors consulting experience is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation projects and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Gather requirements, design solutions, and prepare functional specs.
• Mentor junior consultants and drive delivery excellence.
• Provide demos and training to clients to ensure user adoption.
• Oversee testing activities and contribute to data migration efforts.

Job Summary

The SAP SuccessFactors Senior Consultant serves as a subject matter expert in one or more SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Payroll, Performance & Goals, SmartRecruiters, Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, Succession & Development, etc.). The role involves gathering business requirements, configuring solutions, leading implementation projects, mentoring junior consultants, and ensuring successful delivery of HR technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

Functional Consulting

• Conduct workshops to gather and analyze business requirements for SuccessFactors implementations
• Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors solutions tailored to client needs
• Provide best practice recommendations to optimize HR processes
• Prepare detailed functional specifications and solution design documents

Project Delivery

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects, managing deliverables and timelines
• Coordinate with technical teams, integration consultants, and business users to ensure alignment
• Support testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status and risks at executive level

Configuration & Support

• Configure SuccessFactors modules according to approved designs and client requirements
• Troubleshoot system issues and recommend effective resolutions
• Perform system enhancements, upgrades, and manage release activities
• Support data migration and system integration efforts

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and business stakeholders
• Conduct solution demonstrations and training sessions to facilitate user adoption
• Provide executive-level updates on project progress and risk mitigation

Leadership

• Mentor junior consultants and project team members to build capability
• Participate in solution reviews and quality assurance to ensure delivery excellence

  Required competencies and certifications

  Technical Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central (EC), Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Time Management (including Time Tracking), SmartRecruiter (SR), Onboarding, Performance & Goals (PMGM), Compensation, Succession & Development, and Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP CPI, APIs, or middleware solutions
  • Proficient in creating and managing Story Reports
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and HRIS systems
  • Skilled in data migration and reporting tools

  Professional Skills

  • Proven stakeholder management and consulting skills to engage diverse clients and teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly
