You will lead cross-functional teams, drive governance structures, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely, compliant delivery of complex banking programs.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of overall IT experience with strong project management delivery background.
• Experience delivering end-to-end projects in Corporate Banking or Transaction Banking.
• Solid knowledge of PM methodologies: Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for Corporate Banking tech and transformation initiatives from initiation to closure.
• Manage projects across Cash Management, Trade Finance, Payments, Corporate Lending, Treasury, and Transaction Banking.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
• Collaborate with business, technology, ops, compliance, risk, and vendors to ensure successful execution.
• Drive project governance, steering committee meetings, status reporting, and executive presentations.
• Manage budgets, resources, schedules, and vendor performance.
• Oversee requirements gathering, specifications, design, SIT, UAT, and production implementation.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies, regulatory standards, information security, and governance.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with 12-15 years of experience in managing and delivering large-scale technology and transformation projects within the Corporate Banking domain. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end project management, stakeholder engagement, project governance, risk management, and delivery of complex banking technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for Corporate Banking technology and business transformation initiatives, from project initiation through implementation and closure.
• Manage projects across Corporate Banking domains, including Cash Management, Trade Finance, Payments, Corporate Lending, Treasury, and Transaction Banking.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and budgets.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, operations, compliance, risk management, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Drive project governance, steering committee meetings, status reporting, and executive-level presentations.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, delivery schedules, and vendor performance.
• Oversee requirements gathering, functional specifications, solution design, development, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production implementation.
• Ensure projects comply with banking policies, regulatory standards, information security requirements, and internal governance frameworks.
• Manage project escalations and ensure timely resolution of delivery challenges.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of overall IT experience, with substantial experience in project management and delivery.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end projects within the Corporate Banking or Transaction Banking domain.
• Strong understanding of Corporate Banking products and processes, such as Cash Management, Trade Finance, Payments, Corporate Lending, and Treasury.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale banking technology transformation and system implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Experience managing project budgets, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and vendor relationships.
• Good understanding of banking regulatory, compliance, risk management, and governance requirements.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or other recognized project management certifications would be an advantage.
