Job summary

Health Sciences Authority seeks a Senior Manager / Manager to lead the development and implementation of HERIMS 2.0, an integrated case management system supporting enforcement operations. The role oversees IT projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering to rollout and user adoption, partnering with business users, IT teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

Relevant IT project experience managing development, implementation or integration of enterprise systems.
Experience with case management, workflow or regulatory systems is a plus.
Strong knowledge of project governance, testing and change control.
Analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
Delivery-methodology certification or experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end development and implementation of HERIMS 2.0, including planning, testing, rollout and post-implementation review.
Translate operational needs into clear functional and system requirements with business users.
Coordinate integration and rationalisation of existing systems, workflows, interfaces and data.
Align requirements with business users, IT teams and external vendors.
Review specifications and designs, and coordinate issue resolution.
Monitor delivery, risks, scope and governance, with reporting.
Coordinate UAT, readiness and user adoption to achieve operational outcomes.
