NHG Health Group seeks a Senior Project Manager / Associate Director to lead end-to-end HRIS initiatives across its institutions, spanning planning, go-live and handover to operations. You will anchor flagship programmes like Case Management and Agentic AI while driving data quality and governance for SuccessFactors.

You will collaborate with Group HRIS, HR operations, CIO Office and vendors to align delivery, priorities and dependencies, reporting progress to senior leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 10+ years IT/HR tech project management.
• Proven track record delivering HRIS/HCM projects across multi-entity environments.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, data governance and data migration.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cluster-wide HRIS projects from business case to BAU.
• Maintain a cluster-level project pipeline with dependencies and resource plans.
• Run delivery governance, risk logs, budgets and benefits tracking.
• Oversee testing, data migration and cutover readiness for SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
• Manage vendor and system-integrator performance and SLAs.
