Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks an experienced Project Manager/ Scrum Master to coach and mentor teams in Agile values and Scrum practices. You will facilitate events, support Product Owners, remove blockers, and work with stakeholders to scale Agile across Consumer and Corporate Banking channels.

The role requires 10+ years of PM experience in FI, strong communication, and leadership abilities. This is an on-site position with relocation to Punggol planned for H2 2026/Q1 2027.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the FI sector.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum/Agile values and principles.
• Strong ability to manage end-to-end business processes in Consumer/Corporate Banking channels.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teams on Agile values and principles.
• Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
• Support Product Owners to manage backlog and maximize team value.
• Remove blockers and enable progress; collaborate to scale Agility within the bank.
• Foster a safe, trusting team environment and manage stakeholder expectations.
