Job summary

OCBC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead transformation initiatives within Group Operations and Technology. The role involves guiding teams to deliver agile outcomes, removing impediments, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive value in trade and supply chain finance projects.

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on Project Management experience in financial institutions or Trade Finance projects.
Experience managing Trade Finance projects worth >1 million SGD.
Deep expertise in project management methodologies and Agile frameworks.
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in trade and supply chain finance.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage expectations.

Responsibilities

Coach and mentor teams to embrace Agile values and deliver outcomes.
Identify and remove obstacles hindering team progress.
Support Product Owners in backlog management to maximise value.
Collaborate with other Project Managers and stakeholders to scale project outcomes.
Foster a safe, trusting, and high-performing team environment.
