Job summary

SGNIC Pte Ltd, a subsidiary of IMDA, seeks an experienced professional to oversee the SimDB systems, ensuring security, stability, and data integrity. You will coordinate with business users, vendors, and internal teams to drive operational excellence and align with SGNIC’s anti-scam objectives.

You will lead lifecycle operations, vendor management, and 24/7 support coordination, while driving system upgrades and audits.

Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience.
• Experience in Cloud computing; AWS/Azure GCC advantageous.
• IT project management knowledge; PMP/ITIL advantageous.
• Cybersecurity knowledge; CISSP/CCSP advantageous.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations and lifecycle of the assigned system(s) to ensure availability, reliability, resilience, security, performance and scalability.
• Lead system upgrade, integration, change or migration projects.
• Oversee incident, problem and service request management, escalation workflows and SLA adherence.
• Ensure system compliance with policies, standards, procedures and regulations; maintain documentation for auditability.
• Be the primary technical contact for the assigned system(s).
• Manage vendor delivering 24/7 L1 Technical Support and service delivery per requirements and standards.
• Manage the budget and expenditure for the assigned system(s).
• Oversee procurement processes, including tender specs, evaluation and contract negotiations.
