Job summary

Lifelong Learning SG is seeking an IT Infrastructure professional to own and govern the organisation's network, servers, and end-user computing in a vendor-managed model. You will coordinate with external providers, ensure operational stability, and drive improvements in security and compliance.

You will support onboarding onto IT systems, manage incidents, and contribute to risk reduction while aligning with PDPA/ISO 27001 standards.

Qualifications

• Background in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking concepts.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP.
• Knowledge of network and security principles.
• Interest in cybersecurity, infrastructure, and IT operations.
• Comfortable working with external vendors and service providers.
• Willingness to learn and follow established procedures.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Able to work under guidance in a structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability, performance, and resilience of infrastructure services.
• Serve as primary in-house escalation point for infrastructure incidents.
• Coordinate vendors for incident resolution and changes.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation, diagrams, and asset records.
• Operate within a vendor-managed delivery model with in-house ownership.
• Review vendor proposals, designs, and change requests.
• Coordinate multi-vendor troubleshooting and resolution.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards.
• Support security and risk-related activities and audits.
• Suggest improvements and drive service optimisation.
• Assist with onboarding of officers onto IT systems.
• Escalate risks early to Head of Digital Services.
