Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Computer Operations professional to ensure seamless operation of IT systems across Mainframe, AS/400, UNIX and Windows in a 24x7 Command Center.

You will monitor platforms, manage scheduled batch jobs, respond to incidents, perform first-level diagnosis, coordinate with infrastructure and application teams, and maintain logs for audits and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years hands-on experience in IT operations or Command Center.
• Familiarity with Mainframe, AS/400, UNIX/Linux, Windows.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Real-time monitoring of system platforms, applications, ATM services and network infrastructure; escalate exceptions per SOPs.
• Track and manage scheduled batch jobs; ensure timely execution and resolve failures per SLAs.
• Identify, elevate, and track incidents to support teams for timely resolution.
• Conduct first-level diagnosis and resolution of system and batch issues before escalation.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application support teams during incidents and maintenance.
• Maintain operational logs, incident records and shift handover documentation for audits.
