Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd is seeking an IT Operations / Command Center professional in Singapore to perform real-time monitoring of system platforms, applications, ATM services and network infrastructure. You will manage batch jobs, handle incidents, provide first-level support and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires 2+ years of IT operations experience, familiarity with mainframe/AS/400/UNIX-Linux/Windows, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Education in IT/CS or related field required.
2+ years hands-on experience in IT operations or Command Center.
Familiarity with IT systems: Mainframe, AS/400, UNIX/Linux, Windows.
Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts (structured pattern).

Responsibilities

Real-time monitoring of system platforms, applications, ATM services and network infrastructure.
Track and manage scheduled batch jobs to meet SLAs.
Identify, escalate and track incidents to support teams for timely resolution.
Provide first-level diagnosis and resolution of system and batch issues.
Collaborate with infrastructure and application support teams during incidents and maintenance.
Maintain accurate operational logs, incident records and shift handover documentation.
