Job summary

• Good interpersonal skills, teamwork, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts following a structured pattern.

Responsibilities

• As a member of the Computer Operations team, you will ensure seamless operation of IT systems across Mainframe, AS/400, UNIX, and Windows in a 24x7 Command Center.
• Real-time monitoring of platforms, applications, ATM services, and network infrastructure; escalate to support teams per SOPs.
• Track and manage scheduled batch jobs, ensuring timely execution and SLA adherence.
• Identify, escalate, and track incidents to minimize disruption to business operations.
• Provide first-level diagnosis and resolution of system and batch issues before escalation.
• Coordinate with infrastructure and application support teams during incidents and planned maintenance.
• Maintain accurate operation logs, incident records, and shift handover documentation for audits.

Job Responsibilities

• As a member of the Computer Operations team, you will play acritical role in ensuring the seamless and continuous operation of the bank'sIT systems across multiple platforms-including Mainframe, AS/400, UNIX, andWindows-within a 24x7 Command Center environment. This role demands strongattention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment tomaintaining high service availability in a mission-critical environment.
• Exceptions Monitoring: Perform real-time monitoring of system platforms, applications, ATM services and network infrastructure using enterprise monitoring tools and promptly escape exceptions to corresponding support teams, in accordance with SOPs, for timely action.
• Batch Operations: Track and manage scheduled batch jobs, ensuring timely execution and resolution of job failures conforming to the SLAs with business
• Incident Management: Promptly identify, elevate, and track incidents to the appropriate support teams, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
• First-Level Support: Conduct first-level diagnosis and resolution of system and batch issues before escalating to higher support tiers
• Collaboration: Work closely with infrastructure and application support teams to coordinate responses to incidents and planned maintenance activities.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate operational logs, incident records, and shift handover documentation to support audit and compliance reviews.

Job Requirements

• Education : Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience : 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT operations or Command Center environment
• Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with one or more of the IT systems - Mainframe, AS/400, UNIX/Linux, Windows
• Tools : Working experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Language : Fluency in both spoken and written English
• Soft Skills : Good interpersonal skills, ability to work as a team player, and remain calm under pressure
• Shift Readiness : Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts following a structured pattern (e.g. three consecutive workdays followed by two days off, then two workdays followed by another two days off).
