Job summary

ZEN CAREER PTE. LTD. is hiring an IT Support Technician to provide daily on-site assistance at Commonwealth MRT, Singapore. You will handle hardware, software, network issues, manage basic AD accounts, and support Microsoft 365 and printers, with escalation for complex problems.

Working Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, you will also coordinate with vendors for procurement, maintain IT inventory, and keep documentation up to date to ensure systems stay operational.

Qualifications

• Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, network, and user issues.
• Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals, and basic network connectivity.
• Manage basic Active Directory functions, user accounts, access permissions, and passwords.
• Assist with Sophos Firewall administration and troubleshooting.
• Set up, deploy, maintain, and track IT equipment and inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, repairs, warranties, and support.
• Support employee onboarding/offboarding and elevate complex issues when required.
• Maintain basic IT documentation and ensure systems remain operational.

Job scope:
