Job summary

Zen Career in Singapore seeks an IT Support Technician to provide daily hardware, software, network, and user issue resolution. You will troubleshoot PCs, printers, and connectivity, manage AD accounts and permissions, and assist with Sophos Firewall tasks while deploying and tracking IT equipment.

The role covers onboarding/offboarding support, vendor coordination for procurements, and maintaining essential IT documentation to keep systems running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Basic IT support skills and willingness to coordinate with vendors.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN and wireless networking.
• Experience in onboarding/offboarding and IT asset tracking would be plus.

Responsibilities

Job scope:

• Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, network, and user issues.
• Troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals, and basic network connectivity.
