Job summary

Zen Career in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide daily hardware, software, network, and user support. You will troubleshoot PCs, printers, and basic connectivity, manage basic Active Directory accounts and permissions, and assist with Sophos Firewall administration.

You will coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintain IT documentation. Work Mon-Fri, 8:30–5:30, at Commonwealth MRT with a basic salary up to SGD 6,000.

Qualifications

• Provide daily IT support for hardware, software, network and users.
• Assist with AD user accounts, access permissions and passwords.
• Support Sophos Firewall administration and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs and warranties.
• Maintain basic IT documentation and ensure systems stay operational.

Job scope:

• Windows, hardware, printer, and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting.
• IT security, equipment deployment, procurement, and vendor coordination.
