Qualifications

The Role

The Senior IT Executive drives business process and system analysis to enhance operational efficiency by automating workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and Python. This role supports NetSuite ERP, leads supply chain process improvements, troubleshoots issues, deliver data analytics in collaboration with stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Build low-code workflows, digital forms and approval tracking systems using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps and SharePoint to automate business processes.
• Provide functional support, troubleshoot, test and assist in implementing NetSuite ERP and future ERP migrations to ensure system stability.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and conduct root-cause analyses to re-standardize and optimize supply chain and business processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, improve user adoption, and deliver data reporting and analytics solutions.
• Develop Python scripts to automate data workflows, perform analytics and integrate systems for enhanced operational efficiency.

Preferred competencies and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in similar IT role.
• Experience in food and beverage or retail chain industries is an advantage.
• Proven experience automating workflows and forms using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint).
• Experience in providing functional support or participating in ERP implementation, with NetSuite experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability in Python scripting for data automation, analytics or system integration.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of system, application and configuration-related issues to improve system stability and operational efficiency. Support reporting, analytics and business solution initiatives.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process enhancement, automation and operational improvements.
