Job summary

PS Global Consulting is seeking a Solution Designer to lead Netsuite ERP engagements, from pre-sales through transition to support, owning the solution and its benefits. You will provide industry leadership, shape architectures and deliver value across the engagement lifecycle.

You will build client relationships, present at key forums, define ERP architectures, conduct QA, train teams, and ensure on-time delivery of ERP demos and labs while aligning with product roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Ability to present Oracle NetSuite solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep Oracle NetSuite Functional (Finance and SCM) expertise with hands-on solution architectures.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Logical, structured approach to problem solving and change management.
• Certified as NetSuite ERP Consultant or NetSuite ERP Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships through the pre-sales process.
• Participate in client presentations.
• Participate in industry events and forums presenting the Netsuite ERP, solutions and capability.
• Fulfill managing architect role on ERP engagements participating in all phases from envisioning and planning through execution and stabilization.
• Define ERP technical and application architectures, participate in detailed design, development and testing phases.
• Conduct QA reviews of ongoing projects.
• Be a subject matter expert for ERP and industry related topics.
• Conduct training for regional team resources.
• Maintain ready availability of ERP demos, labs, prototypes.
• Understand the ERP product roadmap, release dates and launch activities.
• Escalate learnings, challenges and feedback from Netsuite clients.
• Support relationships with other partners (Workato, NSPB, Pyango etc).
• Support relationship with solution alliance partners
• Participate in briefings and education sessions on Netsuite ERP.
• Develop understanding of alliance partner products and how to implement for client solutions.
• Support regions in leveraging alliance partner products as appropriate.

Overview

As a Solution Designer, you will be responsible for providing expertise in selling, shaping, defining, implementing and quality assuring ERPengagements. Involved from an early stage of pre-sales, you will be asenior member of the team that leads the client through to successfuldelivery. Your key accountability will be to take ownership of the solution and its intended benefits from first contact until transition to support. You will provide industry and solution leadership at every stage, and will act as a trusted advisor to the client throughout the relationship. Key areas of focus are value and benefits management, solution envisioning, enterprise architecture, solutions landscape design, and project planning, as well as business input to proposal development and client sales activities.

Requirements:

1. Have the ability to present Oracle NetSuite solutions to Technical and non-technical Stakeholders and proven thought leadership on best-practices for Oracle NetSuite project implementations, upgrades and migrations.
2. Have a deep Oracle NetSuite Functional (Finance and SCM) expertise coupled with good technical appreciation and strong "hands-on" experience with Oracle NetSuite solution architectures, design, rollout and implementation leadership.
3. Strong leadership and influencing skills with customers and ideally extensive consultancy experience.
4. A logical approach to problem solving and structured approach to introducing change into operational systems.
5. Stakeholder management skills.
6. Certified as NetSuite "ERP Consultant" or NetSuite "ERP Administrator"
