Job summary

4fingers singapore pte. ltd. seeks a Senior IT Executive to drive business process and system analysis, automating workflows with Power Platform and Python. You will support NetSuite ERP, lead supply chain improvements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver data analytics in collaboration with stakeholders.

The role focuses on building low-code processes, ERP support, and data-driven decision making to enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, business analytics, or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in an IT role.
• Experience in the food & beverage or retail chain industries is advantageous.
• Proven experience automating workflows with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint).
• Experience providing ERP support or implementations; NetSuite experience preferred.
• Python scripting for data automation, analytics, or system integration.

Responsibilities

• Build low-code workflows, digital forms, and approval tracking systems using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint to automate business processes
• Provide functional support, troubleshoot, test, and assist in implementing NetSuite ERP and future ERP migrations to ensure system stability
• Identify operational bottlenecks and conduct root-cause analyses to re-standardize and optimize supply chain and business processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, improve user adoption, and deliver data reporting and analytics solutions
• Develop Python scripts to automate data workflows, perform analytics, and integrate systems for enhanced operational efficiency
