Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support professional in Singapore to provide day-to-day technical assistance across hardware, software, network, and IT infrastructure.

The role includes troubleshooting desktops, laptops, and printers, plus basic network issues and Sophos Firewall administration. You will manage Active Directory user accounts, permissions, and domain onboarding, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and coordinate with vendors for equipment purchases.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
• At least 3 years experience with Active Directory, networking, firewalls, and Windows environments.
• Strong networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, Wi‑Fi.
• Experience with Sophos products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, network and general IT issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and other office IT equipment.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting including LAN, Wi‑Fi, IP addressing and connectivity.
• Assist with the administration and troubleshooting of Sophos Firewall.
• Manage basic Active Directory tasks: creating/disabling accounts, password resets, access/permissions, domain additions.
• Install, configure and maintain office printers and network printers; coordinate with external vendors for IT purchases.
• Hardware replacement and repairs; warranty and support case handling; quotations and procurement.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective.
• Maintain basic IT hardware/software inventory records; document IT systems and configurations.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and general IT-related issues.

• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and other office IT equipment.

• Perform basic network troubleshooting, including LAN, Wi‑Fi, IP addressing, connectivity, switches, and related network issues.

• Assist with the administration and troubleshooting of Sophos Firewall.

• Manage basic Active Directory functions, including:

  • Creating and disabling user accounts

  • Password resets

  • Managing user access and permissions

  • Adding users or computers to the domain

  • Managing basic Group Policy-related requirements

• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain office printers and network printers.

• Coordinate and liaise with external vendors for IT equipment purchases.

• Hardware replacement and repairs.

• Warranty and support cases.

• Quotations and procurement.

• Installation and maintenance services.

• Assist with the setup and deployment of new computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

• Maintain basic IT hardware and software inventory records.

• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective.

• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or external vendors where necessary.

• Maintain basic documentation of IT systems, configurations, equipment, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Ensure IT equipment and systems are kept operational and properly maintained.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• At least 3 years experiences with Active Directory, networking, firewalls, and Windows environments.

• Networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, Wi‑Fi, and network troubleshooting.

• Experience with Sophos products would be an advantage.
