KINGS MEN CREATIVES LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a hands-on IT Executive to join our IT team. The role covers IT infrastructure, network, servers, endpoint security, cybersecurity and Level 2/3 user support.

This position suits someone who enjoys troubleshooting, takes ownership from start to closure, and wants broader exposure across infrastructure, cybersecurity and IT governance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity or related.
• 1–3 years of hands-on IT experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server and AD.
• Understanding of networking concepts, firewall and Wi‑Fi environments.
• Experience with endpoint security, patch management and backup solutions.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server, AD and M365 environments.
• Support servers, Hyper-V, network, Wi‑Fi, and firewall infrastructure.
• Monitor system availability, performance, patching and infrastructure health.
• Manage endpoint security, patch management, encryption and device security controls.
• Monitor and respond to cybersecurity alerts, suspicious activities and security incidents.
• Support vulnerability assessment and remediation activities.
• Monitor backup operations and perform recovery/restore testing when required.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for escalated user, system and connectivity issues.
• Support user access, onboarding/offboarding and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Work with vendors and internal stakeholders on infrastructure and IT projects.
• Maintain up-to-date infrastructure documentation, diagrams and system records for internal reviews and audits.

The role will be responsible for covering the organisation’s IT infrastructure, network, servers, endpoint security, cybersecurity and Level 2/3 user support.

This position is suitable for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, takes ownership of issues from start to closure, and is keen to develop broader exposure across infrastructure, cybersecurity and IT governance.

A Day in the Life:

• Manage and maintain Windows Server, AD and M365 environments.

What We Are Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related.
• Around 1–3 years of hands‑on IT experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server and AD.
• Understanding of networking concepts, firewall and Wi‑Fi environments.
• Experience with endpoint security, patch management and backup solutions.
• Good troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to troubleshoot both infrastructure and end‑user technical issues independently.
• Responsible, proactive and able to follow issues through to closure.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and security best practices.
• Most importantly, someone who is willing to learn and grow.
• SonicWall, FortiGate or similar firewall platforms
• Sophos or other endpoint security/EDR solutions
• ManageEngine or similar IT management platforms
• VMware / Hyper‑V
• Microsoft Defender / Microsoft security solutions
• Security log monitoring
• VAPT
• IT audit or cybersecurity compliance activities
• Relevant Microsoft, Fortinet, Cisco, CompTIA, VMware or cybersecurity certifications would be an advantage.
