Job summary

Protege Fund Services is seeking a full-time Middle Office Analyst in Singapore to support investor onboarding, fund operations, and service provider coordination. You will assist with NAV review, cash control, governance procedures and timely reporting, while ensuring compliance with fund policy.

You will serve as a key escalation point for fund-related issues, collaborate with the licensed fund manager and directors, and provide ad hoc operational and administrative support to the fund’s

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge of financial markets and financial products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Investor onboarding and KYC coordination.
• Fund operations support including NAV review and governance procedures.
• Service provider coordination with external partners (legal, tax, fund administrators, auditors).
