Job summary

sggovterp is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Investment Operations Administrator to provide day‑to‑day operational support within JTC's Investment Division in Singapore. You will assist across performance reporting, reconciliation, compliance monitoring and documentation, while coordinating administrative tasks for the team.

In a small, dynamic setting, you will help manage governance and audit materials, liquidity tracking, and settlements.

Qualifications

• Up to 3 years of relevant experience in an investment operations or financial services support role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in a lean team.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for professional external liaison.
• Proactive and resourceful attitude with willingness to learn across admin and ops.

Responsibilities

• Support performance reporting across internally managed and externally placed portfolios.
• Maintain organised records of portfolio performance data and documents.
• Manage governance, compliance monitoring, and audit support activities.
• Coordinate liquidity tracking, cash movements, and settlement follow-ups.
• Assist in reconciliation of valuations and cash positions with custodians.
• Serve as liaison with fund managers, custodians, and service providers.
• Assist with onboarding of systems and documentation of workflows.
• Coordinate calendars, travel, meetings, and distribution of materials.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain governance records.
• Support governance-related meetings and internal audit materials.
