Job summary

MoneyHero Limited is seeking a commercially driven and strategically minded senior insurance leader to grow MoneyHero’s Singapore insurance business. You will shape business strategy, strengthen insurer partnerships, develop revenue opportunities and ensure sustainable growth with strong customer outcomes and sound regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Insurance or related discipline.
• At least 8 years’ relevant experience in insurance or related sector.
• Strong commercial experience with revenue, growth, partnerships and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth initiatives for the Singapore insurance business.
• Strengthen insurer partnerships and manage strategic relationships.
• Lead or support commercial negotiations, product development and campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with MAS requirements and governance standards.
• Drive data-driven performance improvements and customer outcomes.
