Job summary

Gate is a remote-first, globally distributed crypto exchange serving 50M+ users. This VIP Client Relationship role focuses on owning the end-to-end experience for our highest-tier clients, ensuring they feel seen, prioritized, and well-served.

You will build systems and habits to turn VIP relationships into long-term loyalty, coordinating with product and events teams while engaging across APAC hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client relationship management or high-touch services.
• Fluent in Chinese and English; Korean a strong advantage.
• Comfortable with crypto and Web3 platforms.
• Willingness to travel for business.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for high-tier VIP clients, handling inquiries and coordinating internal teams.
• Run a structured feedback loop, gathering client input and tracking improvements.
• Drive engagement by showcasing platform features, promotions, and events.
• Build lifecycle relationship practices including birthday touches and exclusive invitations.
• Monitor asset levels and tier status to identify disengagement early.
