Job summary

StraitsX Group in Singapore is seeking an OTC Sales Manager to own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to relationship management with institutional clients. You will pitch liquidity solutions and structure large-volume stablecoin trades.

Working closely with our trading, compliance, and legal teams, you will ensure seamless execution while upholding rigorous regulatory standards and expanding our institutional footprint in the digital asset space.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in institutional sales, financial business development, or OTC trading desks.
• Deep understanding of stablecoins and multi-chain dynamics (fiat-backed vs. algorithmic/crypto-backed).
• Active network of institutional crypto market participants, funds, or HNWIs preferred.
• Strong grasp of AML/KYC/travel rule requirements; risk-aware without killing deals.
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills; can explain settlement flows clearly.
• Comfortable navigating evolving global regulatory landscape for stablecoins.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales cycle to expand institutional footprint and market presence.
• Identify and acquire high-net-worth individuals, market makers, and institutional desks.
• Cultivate deep liquidity relationships and close large-block trades.
• Bridge between institutional clients and internal trading, compliance, and product teams.
