Job summary

StraitsX Group is seeking an entry-level OTC Sales Trader to support pricing, execution, and settlement of digital asset trades for institutions and HNW clients. You will work with senior traders, sales, and operations to learn crypto markets, client interactions, and OTC workflows.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years of experience.
• Strong interest in cryptocurrency markets and digital assets.
• Basic understanding of financial markets or trading concepts.
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and fast-moving environment.
• Willing to follow procedures and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time OTC pricing, trade negotiation, and execution.
• Assist in trade negotiation preparation and client communication.
• Monitor market conditions such as price movements, volatility and liquidity.
• Sourcing liquidity from internal systems, exchanges and external partners.
• Support order management within trading limits and risk controls.
• Assist with settlement and post-trade processes, including wallet confirmations.
• Maintain accurate trade records and support reporting/documentation.
• Participate in client onboarding discussions to understand trading mechanics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve OTC processes.
