Job summary

heilind asia pacific (sg) pte. ltd. is seeking an experienced sales professional to manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations and entry orders for interconnect components.

You will coordinate with engineering, logistics and manufacturing to ensure timely delivery and resolve shipment issues. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or higher in electronics/ electrical/ mechanical engineering, has 5+ years of sales experience, is fluent in English and proficient in MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in interconnect components.
• Proficient in MS Excel and good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and quotations preparation.
• Accurate and timely order entry.
• Follow up and liaise with different departments for goods delivery.
• Resolve shipment discrepancies and quality issues.
• Provide input to sales manager for sales planning and strategy development.
• Maximize sales, market penetration and customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with Outside Sales and Product Marketing to achieve sales targets.
