Job summary

Heilind Asia Pacific (SG) Pte Ltd is seeking a sales support professional in Singapore. You will handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and ensure accurate order entry to keep processes smooth and within timelines.

Collaborating with Outside Sales and Product Marketing, you will help maximize sales and market penetration while addressing shipment issues and quality concerns with a service-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Prefer 2+ years sales experience in interconnect components.
• Proficient in MS Excel and able to communicate in English.

• Resolve shipment discrepancies and quality issues.

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above , preferably in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in interconnect components (Connectors/Switches/Relay etc.)
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Good command of English
• Good time management and multi-tasking skills
• Team player and able to communicate with all levels/departments
• Positive attitude, detail-minded, service oriented and willing to learn
