Job summary

JDA WMS Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Inside Sales Manager to bridge customers and internal teams, driving timely issue resolution and sustainable sales growth.

You will lead as primary contact for assigned customers, coordinate with Sales Managers, and support quotation, pricing, and orders while maintaining CRM/ERP data and reporting to the Sales Director.

Qualifications

• 3–10+ years' experience in inside sales, customer service, or commercial support in a B2B manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on ERP/CRM experience with strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers, coordinating with Sales Managers on priorities.
• Act as communication link between customers, sales, and plants across engineering, quality, supply chain, and logistics.
• Coordinate sample requests and new project support, tracking timelines from submission to receipt.
• Manage technical inquiries related to connectors, cable assemblies, and specifications with engineering.
• Support quotation preparation, pricing coordination, and follow-up with internal teams.
• Maintain customer, quotation, and order data within CRM and ERP systems.
• Escalate urgent customer issues and drive internal actions to resolution.
• Provide operational support to the Sales Director, including reporting and forecasting.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers, coordinating with Sales Managers on account priorities and activities
• Act as the communication link between customers, sales teams, and manufacturing plants across engineering, quality, supply chain, and logistics
• Coordinate sample requests and new project support, tracking timelines from submission through customer receipt
• Manage technical inquiries relating to connectors, cable assemblies, drawings, and specifications, working with engineering teams for accurate responses
• Support quotation preparation, pricing coordination, and commercial follow-up with internal teams
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation, and order data within CRM and ERP systems
• Take ownership of urgent customer escalations, coordinating internal actions through to resolution
• Provide operational support to the Sales Director, including reporting, forecasting, and meeting preparation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, International Business, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• 3–10+ years' experience in inside sales, customer service, sales operations, order management, or commercial support within a B2B manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems, plus strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to manage urgent requests and escalations professionally
• Experience supporting direct customers across multiple countries
• Background in electronic components, connectors, cable assemblies, electromechanical components, or related electronics manufacturing industry
