Job summary

LPS is seeking an experienced System Team Lead – Infrastructure Operations in Singapore to provide technical ownership and leadership across enterprise infrastructure. You will oversee Windows, Active Directory, VMware, Nutanix, AWS, CyberArk and Data Centre environments, guiding the team through migrations, security hardening and audits while ensuring stability and operational continuity.

The role requires strong L3 hands-on experience, technical leadership, and excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong hands-on experience managing Windows Server environments.
Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy (L3).
Proven VMware/Nutanix administration, migrations and refresh experience.
Experience with AWS, Commvault, enterprise NAS/storage.
Experience with CyberArk PAM and related migrations/upgrades.
Data Centre operations, migrations, consolidation or infra transformation.
Experience in regulated enterprise environments with audits and compliance.

Responsibilities

Provide technical ownership and leadership across enterprise infrastructure environments.
Coordinate and oversee critical infrastructure services to ensure continuity, security and availability.
Lead engagements with clients, vendors and cross-functional teams for infra operations, projects and changes.
Support CyberArk PAM operations, upgrades and migrations.
Plan and execute infrastructure transformations and technology refresh initiatives.
Coordinate patching, vulnerability remediation and security compliance activities.
Oversee asset, ITSM, lifecycle and warranty management for governance.
Ensure accurate infrastructure and compliance reporting.
Collaborate with application, network and security teams to resolve incidents.
Provide technical oversight for infrastructure platforms and services.
