Job summary

LPS is seeking an experienced System Team Lead – Infrastructure Operations in Singapore to provide technical ownership and leadership across enterprise infrastructure. You will oversee Windows, Active Directory, VMware, Nutanix, AWS, CyberArk and Data Centre environments, guiding the team through migrations, security hardening and audits while ensuring stability and operational continuity.

The role requires strong L3 hands-on experience, technical leadership, and excellent stakeholder

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Windows Server environments.
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy (L3).
• Proven VMware/Nutanix administration, migrations and refresh experience.
• Experience with AWS, Commvault, enterprise NAS/storage.
• Experience with CyberArk PAM and related migrations/upgrades.
• Data Centre operations, migrations, consolidation or infra transformation.
• Experience in regulated enterprise environments with audits and compliance.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive System Team Lead – Infrastructure Operations to provide technical ownership and leadership across enterprise infrastructure, including Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, VMware, Nutanix, AWS, Commvault, Synology NAS, CyberArk and Data Centre environments. The role will lead critical infrastructure operations, technology refreshes, migrations and transformation initiatives while providing technical guidance to the team and ensuring stability, security, availability and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical coordination and operational oversight for critical infrastructure services and activities, ensuring service continuity and resilience.
• Lead technical engagement with clients, stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams for infrastructure operations, projects and changes.
• Represent the infrastructure function in audits, compliance assessments and governance activities, ensuring required technical evidence and remediation are addressed.
• Provide technical support and coordination for CyberArk infrastructure, including Privileged Access Management (PAM) operations, troubleshooting, upgrades and migration activities.
• Support and coordinate CyberArk migration and infrastructure transformation initiatives, including technical planning, dependency assessment, implementation and validation.
• Coordinate patching, vulnerability remediation and infrastructure security compliance activities.
• Oversee asset, ITSM, lifecycle, inventory and warranty management to maintain infrastructure governance and operational accuracy.
• Ensure accurate and timely infrastructure, patch, asset, compliance and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with application, network, security and other technical teams to resolve complex incidents and deliver infrastructure initiatives.
• Provide technical oversight for assigned infrastructure platforms and services, ensuring operational stability, availability and continuous improvement.

Education:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience managing Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments.
• Strong L3-level experience in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy.
• Proven experience in VMware/Nutanix administration, technology refresh and infrastructure migration.
• Experience supporting AWS, Commvault and enterprise NAS/storage environments.
• Experience with CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) and supporting CyberArk operations, upgrades or migration activities.
• Experience in Data Centre operations, migration, consolidation or infrastructure transformation.
• Experience working in a regulated enterprise environment with audit and compliance requirements.
• Experience coordinating technical activities, supporting team members and handling client/stakeholder engagements.
• Previous experience in MIS Support/NOC operations is an advantage.

Preferred Certifications:

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP) / current VMware Cloud Foundation certification preferred
• Nutanix Certified Professional – Multicloud Infrastructure (NCP-MCI) preferred; NCM-MCI is an advantage
• ITIL Foundation preferred
