Job summary

Qualifications

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Provide technical coordination and operational oversight for critical infrastructure services and activities, ensuring service continuity and resilience.
Lead technical engagement with clients, stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams for infrastructure operations, projects and changes.
Represent the infrastructure function in audits, compliance assessments and governance activities, ensuring required technical evidence and remediation are addressed.
Provide technical support and coordination for CyberArk infrastructure, including Privileged Access Management (PAM) operations, troubleshooting, upgrades and migration activities.
Support and coordinate CyberArk migration and infrastructure transformation initiatives, including technical planning, dependency assessment, implementation and validation.
Coordinate patching, vulnerability remediation and infrastructure security compliance activities.
Oversee asset, ITSM, lifecycle, inventory and warranty management to maintain infrastructure governance and operational accuracy.
Ensure accurate and timely infrastructure, patch, asset, compliance and operational reporting.
Collaborate with application, network, security and other technical teams to resolve complex incidents and deliver infrastructure initiatives.
Provide technical oversight for assigned infrastructure platforms and services, ensuring operational stability, availability and continuous improvement.
