Job summary

NCS in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex infrastructure initiatives from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence.

You will design and implement on-premise, cloud, or hybrid IT/OT networks, manage security controls, and coordinate with clients and vendors to deliver value across the APAC region.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects in large-scale environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Linux within virtualized environments.
• Experience with security controls, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
• Excellent vendor and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Project Execution: Lead and manage complex infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, and budget.
• Infrastructure Design & Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain on-premise, cloud, or hybrid IT/OT systems and network infrastructure (e.g., core networks).
• Security & Compliance: Implement security controls, including patch management, vulnerability remediation, access controls, and system hardening to meet security policies.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project managers on design approvals, project progress, and problem-solving.
• Process Improvement & Reporting: Develop and update infrastructure procedures to enhance efficiency, providing regular project status reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of working experience in managing IT infrastructure projects in diverse, complex, large-scale environments
• Good technical knowledge in system / network diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in
  • Windows Server OS, Linux OS in a virtual environment
  • Virtualisation and Hypervisors
